License Terms link on WixInternalUIBootstrapperApplication

I am using WixInternalUIBootstrapperApplication for my bundle and the main screen includes a link for license terms. Is there a way to remove the link or set URL for the terms? The "LicenseURL" attribute is not valid for WixInternalUIBootstrapperApplication.

It's intended to present the prerequisite's license terms and those aren't usually optional, so I think you need to modify the theme file to remove the link.

I like the license terms link and I don't want to remove the link. I would like to be able to set the link URL. It would be great If Wix would allow to set it (with the "LicenseURL" property) without having to change the theme.
Another option would be that the link only be displayed if the "LicenseURL" is set.
