Open Linear in the preview panel without a dummy project action

Problem

I keep Linear next to the thread. Today the only way to open it in T3 Code's panel is a project action/script with previewUrl and autoOpenPreview: true. That works, but it is an extra click and it mixes "open Linear" with the actual project scripts.

Proposal

A first-class way to open Linear (or a configured URL) in the in-app browser / preview panel, instead of pretending it is a project preview.

Optional:

• open on panel show vs only on new tab

Current workaround

Project action/script with previewUrl and autoOpenPreview: true. It loads Linear in the panel, but the action still sits in the same list as real project scripts.
