Was an interesting project and serious alternative to Shiny. But I guess it's over. Sad.

Plotly has had to step back from actively maintaining Dash for R, unfortunately. We may be able to pick it up again in the future, but in the meantime if you or anyone else in the community are interested in becoming a maintainer we'd be very happy to grant access and support you with reviews & suggestions. The great majority of effort on Dash goes into the JS side of things, so maintaining a back end is not all that big a lift comparatively.
