Searching in the Help Pane

Please add a feature that allows Positron users to open the Help Pane and search across all packages. Essentially, implement the "??" command functionality directly into the Help Pane instead of having to interact with the Console. You can do this in RStudio -- can we please have it in Positron?

Additionally, it would be wonderful to be able to search through all installed packages -- Not just loaded packages. If I am trying to find the right function to use, there is a good chance I do not have its package loaded yet. This is very frustrating.

Similarly, currently, using F1 while the cursor is on a function when that package is not loaded does not work. That is also very frustrating. Why can RStudio do this but Positron cannot?
