finding a table in the connections pane

Is there a way to sort or subset the tables in the connections pane? I'm looking at a data base with 157+ tables and they appear in the connections pane in what looks like random order. Scrolling is messy, there's no search mechanism that I can find. once I find the table I want I'm pretty happy, but there are other challenges that I'm finding.

This is a great idea! We do not currently have any support for filter or sort but I absolutely agree we should add this. I've opened #16150 for track and prioritize this functionality.

Would you say you mainly want to search your tables? Do you ever use multiple databases, or can you imagine wanting to search for columns?
