To test if new developments work we need a way to preview new versions with a ci/cd on branches and on PRs

I’ve added a GitHub Actions workflow to enable CI/CD preview builds for pull requests. This includes:

1. Deploy Preview Workflow (deploy-preview.yml)

   • Runs on PRs to main.
   • Installs dependencies and builds the client application.
   • Includes a Vercel deployment step (requires secrets to be configured by maintainers).

2. Test Workflow (deploy-preview.test.yml)

   • Validates that the deploy-preview workflow exists and is correctly configured.
   • Ensures dependencies install and the client builds successfully.
   • Checks that Vercel deployment step is properly ordered and required secrets are referenced.

Both workflows were tested in my fork.

• The deploy-preview workflow triggers correctly on PRs.
• Dependencies install and build steps complete without errors.
• Test workflow confirms workflow configuration is correct.

Once merged, the main repo will have automated PR builds and a path for Vercel previews. Let me know if you want me to adjust anything!
