Hello Quarto team,

I am interested in contributing to Quarto by translating the guides and wiki pages into Turkish to support the local community.

I have explored the repository and the official website, but I couldn't find a dedicated workflow or a specific localization platform for internationalization.

Could you please guide me on how I can contribute to the Turkish translation? Specifically:

1. Is there a preferred branch or repository for translations?
2. Are there any existing guidelines for maintaining consistency in technical terminology?
3. How do you manage keeping translations in sync with the main English documentation?

As a Turkish speaker, I would also like to ensure that we handle the "Turkish I" (i/İ and ı/I) logic correctly to avoid any rendering issues in the localized versions.

We don't do full first-party translations of our docs, and we find that modern translation tools work well enough for the maintenance burden to be worth it. Thanks for the offer, though.
