Ensure UI elements correctly interact with narrator

Many things work out of the box, but some will need custom xaml and/or c# to get narrator to say the right things

Partially implemented.

The quick strip and login windows are in good shape, but the travel window needs some work. Windows doesn't want to read labels by default, but that's really all the capture window is.
