What to build
Extend the proven Ubuntu 24 Offline depot and rollback journey to Ubuntu 26.04 x64 without creating a second implementation. The target-specific export/import must select only compatible artifacts, install the complete workstation with network egress blocked, preserve the same user-global ownership contract, and prove update, rollback, uninstall, and a second zero-drift converge.
