riscof setup generated outdated python plugin file for sail_cSim

riscof setup --dutname=dut --refname=sail

riscof version = 1.25.3

I believe the command above generates an outdated Python plugin file for sail_cSim (using executable riscv_sim_RV32 or riscv_sim_RV64). However, the latest sail-riscv version (0.9) generates the executable sail_riscv_sim. A quick fix would be to copy the Python plugin file from riscv-arch-test.

I'm also facing the same issue.
Using the plugin from the riscv-arch-test as @3Mochi reccomended did work, but I had to make some minor tweaks to the code (e.g., execute sail from the given PATH argument and not from the system PATH).
