26.8.29 Playlists Not Starting At The Beginning

On Windows 10 with version 26.8.29 (revision 10444) (64-bit). Before updating whenever I opened a playlist it would play the first listed item from the start. Since updating it remembers the item I closed SMPlayer on and plays from the start of that item instead of the beginning of the list. I've tweaked various setting even though nothing was touched. Just updated and went on using. The only one that comes close to fixing the issue is unchecking "Play next file automatically" under the Playlist tab in Playlist in Preferences. But obviously this stops the playlist from playing automatically. What's going on? Am I missing a new setting somewhere else?
