          <h1>Why Tattlr?</h1>
          <p><strong>Because calling your city is hard. Telling them what you see is wrong takes:</strong></p>

            <li>Knowing the city's phone number</li>
            <li>Getting to the right department</li>
            <li>Calling during business hours</li>
            <li>Knowing how to describe the problem you're reporting</li>
            <li>Being able to accurately communicate the location of the problem you're facing</li>

          <p class="well">We think this is too hard. With Tattlr, you simply point, shoot, and report with any smartphone. It takes seconds. It gives citizens more power to share ways to improve their city, and makes it dramatically more efficient for cities to become aware of issues. It allows for goverment to reduce call volume and improve service delivery. And its free for all to enjoy!</p>
