currently it seems like all stores connect to single DO instance, as number of client increase, a single DO may not be handle as its a 128MB object and there is a 1000 messages per sec soft limit..

In the current example Is there a need for DO Manager kind of things which reuses a DO which spawaning and killing DO's on demand?
