how to use multiple gpiochips

My device's RESET_GPIO is on gpiochip3 and POWER_EN_GPIO is on gpiochip4 ,how to set two gpiochips in docker-compose file , thanks.
And USE_LIBGPIOD function didn't work on latest docker image , set it to 0 ,still using libgpiod not sysfs.
