…updates (#223) * fix(deps): revert lock file maintenance that violates minimumReleaseAge Revert pnpm-lock.yaml to the state before #113. The regenerated lockfile resolved packages published less than 7 days ago, which pnpm rejects with ERR_PNPM_MINIMUM_RELEASE_AGE_VIOLATION under the 7-day policy. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> * chore(deps): enforce a 7-day minimumReleaseAge in the repository The 7-day policy only lived in the local global pnpm config, so Renovate's lock file maintenance regenerated the lockfile without it. Set minimumReleaseAge in pnpm-workspace.yaml so pnpm applies it everywhere, and align Renovate's npm minimumReleaseAge (3 days in best-practices) to 7 days so update PRs don't propose versions pnpm will reject.
