This all sucked. I was hoping for better feedback on it at the time and I never got it. It's a very small part of cruft I can remove to get started.

This probably fixes PostEntityPaste issues as well...
Moves things up to metadata in the metatable, as to not cause conflicts Exposes a few functions in the classes library for getting children/getting baseclass Adds a ON_CLASS_INHERITED function to the class for internal work (helps ease some of the pain of transitioning from old classes)
Lots of this needs to be reviewed and ripped out. Next step is doing menus the right way as well.
Since we return FQN's now anything using class names will have to adjust...
Data.Data was wrong, leaked into a few things. Sensors/turrets got really weird!! Simplify later!!!
