Flux 2 - Failed to find C compile

After update to plugin version 1.53.0 I cannot use Flux 2 Klein, it fails with error:

Server error: Failed to find C compiler. Please specify via CC environment variable or set triton.knobs.build.impl

Previous version worked fine, I have not made any changes in settings or setup. Error also affects General Editing, on the other hand Cinematic Photo (XL) or Digital Artwork still work fine.

I use Kubuntu 24.04
Krita installed as a flatpak
Krita AI Diffusion Plugin Diagnostics attached in a file: Krita AI Diffusion Plugin Diagnostics.txt

That's an issue with Flatpak - the sandbox environment does not have access to the C compiler.

Use AppImage or package version of Krita instead and it should work.

If it still cannot be found you might not have it installed, this can usually be done with

sudo apt install build-essentials

but in most cases it's already there.

There migth be a way / option to prevent latest versions of ComfyUI from using C compiler at the cost of performance, but I haven't looked into it so far.
