Add the following option to copies of the existing configurations
HadronLevel:Rescatter = on # default = off
Fragmentation:setVertices = on # default = off
PartonVertex:setVertex = on # default = off
Rescattering:nearestNeighbours = off # default = on (but "require a larger retuning effort")
Rescattering:inelastic = on # default = on
