Add an Arm-focused guide to detecting and mitigating Java false cache-line sharing. Major changes: - explain cache-line contention and inspect object layouts with JOL - profile shared lines on Arm Neoverse using SPE and Perf C2C - apply @contended padding and compare repeated runtimes - include the Java sample, cache-line diagram, and style-aligned guidance
