Research Outputs: Preferred Repositories/Metadata Standards

Describe the bug
When adding a preferred repository or preferred metadata standard in the "Preferences" tab of a template, the page crashes after clicking "Save Preferences"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a template
2. Navigate to the Preferences Tab
3. Scroll down to Preferred Repositories
4. Check "Create a list of preferred repositories."
5. Add a repository
6. Click "Save Preferences"

Expected behavior
It is expected to add preferred repositories and metadata standards in the preferences tab for research outputs.
