fix(web): end live-update daily series on last complete UTC day - #1142

The daily Analytics Engine query stops at the start of the current UTC day, but the 90-day rows and 30-day sparkline ended on today, leaving an always-empty last bar and dropping the oldest real day. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Problem
On /data the last sparkline bar was always empty (grey). The daily query excludes the current UTC day, but the 90-day rows and 30-day sparkline ended on today. Result: 29 real days in the sparkline and the oldest queried day dropped from the 3M chart.
Fix
Build
