Description

Summary

• Introduce AccessActorRole to expose trusted role IDs and names through AccessContext.ActorRoles.
• Centralize role resolution and exclude deleted roles.
• Support role-aware policy evaluation across Server and Resource API authorization flows.
• Preserve backward compatibility with existing role attributes.
• Add focused tests for role resolution and authorization context behavior.
