Updates Capacitor to 8.5 and adopts the iOS UIScene lifecycle, which Xcode 27 requires (migration guide).

Changes

• Update @capacitor/core, @capacitor/ios, @capacitor/android and @capacitor/cli from 8.2.0 to 8.5.2 (8.5.3 was published today and is still blocked by the npm minimum release age)
• Add SceneDelegate.swift and register it in the Xcode project
• Add the UIApplicationSceneManifest to Info.plist
• Add the scene configuration hook to AppDelegate.swift and remove the URL handlers that iOS no longer calls under the scene lifecycle (the app uses no deep links or universal links)
• Update Podfile.lock

No installed plugin uses the APIs removed in 8.5 (tmpWindow, TmpViewController).

Testing

• Unit tests pass
• App launches on iOS
• pause/resume events fire on iOS

The iOS build could not be verified yet: with Xcode 27 the vendored cordova-plugin-advanced-http fails to compile (Use of private header from outside its module: 'netinet6/in6.h'). This is not caused by this PR. npm run build also fails on main with TS2320 errors in the @ionic/core types. Both should be fixed separately.
