When changing boot order in UEFI i was not able to "move up" elements - only "move down" option worked

Enter Setup, then go to Boot Order

Expected behavior

The boot menu entry should move up

Actual behavior

UEFI does not respond to pressing keyboard button responsible for moving up the boot menu ontry
