Brief summary
Opening the lid on the server and triggering the Intruder switch results in the platform slowing down so much, basically nothing can be done. Even booting slows down to a crawl. The platform is virtually frozen.

- Open the server lid to short the intruder switch

Some sort of action (e.g. shutdown), or no change to operation.

May be possible to disable this SMI and re-enable it at some later point, assuming there is a good place to do such handling (at least some TCO timer exists and handling its event could manage intruder SMI)
