Brief summary

USB flash drive is not detected after a warmboot or reboot.
In setup menu the usb drive is missing from the boot menu.
In ubuntu the usb drive is detected but cannot be mounted (shown as sda 0B)
If reinsterted after boot the drive is detected.
If a coldboot is performed the drive is detected normally.
The issue doesn't occur with all pendrives. Occurs with ADATA UV150, while working with Sandisk Ultra Fit.
