Document pairing with Decodo agent skills in README#56

The agent-skills README links to mcp-server, but the link was one-directional. Add a "Use with Decodo agent skills" section that explains why the skills + MCP server pair well together and gives a quick-start, and add agent-skills to the Related repositories list.
