Missing level getter

I might be blind, but I couldn't see a simple way to get the current logging level in the doc:

something like

if logger.is_debug:
or 
if logger.level == 'debug':

only
logger.opt(lazy=True).debug(slow eval)

Loguru does not expose a global level, because there is none. The levels are tied to the handlers, not to the logger.

If your application's runtime behavior depends on a "debug" setting, I recommend representing that state using a dedicated variable instead. This is generally more robust than using the logger as a control-flow mechanism.
