Release Ariane 1.40.11 on master with Windows detachable panels and consistent camera FOV limits.
The preview traffic direction fix is already present in master 1.40.10 and will be ported to PE for this release. No Blender bridge, GTA III import, IPL-list filtering or agent-alpha integration is included.
Validation: the multi-monitor build passed Windows/Linux CI, native macOS compilation and independent review, and the user confirmed it works. Final Windows/Linux CI passed on 17a8826; native macOS build passed; 10 runtime FOV cases passed. Independent integration review found no introduced P0/P1/P2. Publishing to master triggers the normal release workflow.
