Adds a verified contribution in
tests/test_config/test_loader.py.Adds focused offline regression coverage for validate_config boundaries and invalid types/command entries, plus valid boundary acceptance. Assertions verify the documented ValueError behavior, production code is untouched, and the complete reported pytest suite passed (200 passed, 6 skipped).
Verification
python -m pytest -q — 200 passed. Tests ran in an isolated environment with network disabled. A separate automated review approved the patch; maintainer review remains pending. No auto-merge.
