This changes the way the cd ready glow is working by adding the check if the spell is ready to cast.
Example: Void Ray showing cd ready as devourer, but you don't have enough resources. This will only glow when you reach enough resources and the spell is usable.
I tested with multiple classes and I did not encounter any other issues except when you reload/login the cd glow will glow for a few seconds. Highly requested feature for me - there might be better solutions.
