This repository contains materials for FAIRe (FAIR eDNA) workshops.

OBON Online FAIR eDNA Workshop

In collaboration with the Ocean Biomolecular Observing Network (OBON) community, we developed a series of online video tutorials introducing the FAIRe initiative and providing hands-on guidance on using FAIRe tools.

The video series covers:

• An overview of the FAIRe initiative and its guidelines
• The structure and contents of the FAIRe checklist
• Hands-on demonstrations of FAIRe tools and workflows
• Practical examples of preparing and validating eDNA metadata
• Using tools such as FAIRe-ator to generate customised templates and FAIRe-fier to check metadata entries
