Looks like these dependencies are updatable in another way, so this is no longer needed. |

Update pycparser 3.0 → 3.11, pythonnet 3.2.0 → 3.2.1 and Ruff 0.16.10 → 0.17.1 through the shared uv lock, then regenerate all hash-pinned installs. Ruff includes the patch published after the original bot proposal.
The original PR updated only requirements files and independently pinned Shiboken 6.12.0 while PySide6 6.11.2 requires Shiboken exactly 6.11.2, causing Linux installation to fail. Keep the Qt packages together at 6.11.2; a Qt 6.12 upgrade needs a separate coordinated update and Linux compatibility validation. Includes the common dependency-build repair from #10; merge #10 first.
Validation: hash-verified installation, pip dependency consistency, Ruff checks, offline lock/export checks and the full Python suite. OSV reports zero known vulnerabilities across all 57 locked third-party packages. The PR runs the full platform build, packaged startup checks, Linux compatibility matrix, CodeQL and dependency review. No release tag is created.
