<style scoped> in a ui-template doesn't keep its rules inside the widget #2277

Description

@dimitrieh

Problem

A new ui-template widget defined .band and .tgt in a <style scoped> block. Another ui-template on the same page, the Active Pset card, uses the same class names and picked up those rules: an absolutely positioned gradient painted over the card and its target figure shrank to a hairline. Prefixing every class in the new widget fixed it. Diagnosed by the agent from the page's CSS; confirm on the current Dashboard release first.

Acceptance criteria

  • Rules in a ui-template's <style scoped> apply only to that widget
  • If scoping isn't supported, the ui-template docs say so and show how to namespace classes
