- Fix empty Dashboard Showcase (DashboardExamples was never imported) - Point "Explore widgets" hero CTA at the widget index (EN and DE) - Replace 404ing Recommended Reading thumbnails with local copies - Remove "More Coming Soon" placeholder tutorial card - Demote FlowFuse advert heading to h2 so the page has a single h1 - New title, description and hero; add install, first dashboard, widgets, examples, migration and FAQ sections; move ebook lower - Add en/de hreflang links where both pages exist - Align sitemap URLs with the existing .html canonical URLs
SEO title and meta description still lead with Node-RED Dashboard 2.0.
Merge install and first-dashboard steps into one short section, shorten migration copy, move FAQ into collapsible rows at the end of the page and link the deprecation answer to the announcement post.
Recreate the framed screenshot with reflection in CSS so any screenshot gets the same treatment, mention building dashboards from natural language, and refer to the original package as Node-RED Dashboard.

Summary
Fixes broken sections on the Dashboard docs homepage and adds the content people search for: install steps, migration from Node-RED Dashboard, and common questions. It also improves search metadata. The English and German homepages are both updated, and the hero branding is unchanged.
Fixes
1. Dashboard Showcase was empty
<DashboardExamples />was used but never imported, so the section rendered only its intro text. It's imported now, and the examples carousel shows.2. Recommended Reading images were broken
All three thumbnails were hotlinked from
flowfuse.com/img/*.avifand return 404. They're replaced with local copies of each post's current image, and each card now shows its title as text.3. "More Coming Soon!" placeholder in Recommended Tutorials
The third card was a placeholder that linked nowhere. It's now the Writing Custom Templates tutorial video.
4. "Widget Collection" button opened the wrong page
It linked to
/getting-started, the same page as the first button. It now opens the widget list (/nodes/widgets), on both the English and German pages.5. Page had two H1 headings
The FlowFuse advert heading was an
<h1>. It's now an<h2>, so the page has a single H1.Improvements
Install steps and a clearer product name
Before, the homepage only showed the package name. Now a short Get started section has three steps (Palette Manager → install → add a
ui-button) and the npm command. A muted line under the package name says "Also known as Node-RED Dashboard 2.0 · Open source under Apache 2.0".Migration from Node-RED Dashboard
Before, the homepage never mentioned migration. Now a short section explains the deprecation and links to the migration guide and the migration service. The hero's third button is now Migrate from Node-RED Dashboard, replacing "View on GitHub", which is still in the nav.
Common questions
New collapsible FAQ near the bottom of the page: free to use?, is Node-RED Dashboard deprecated? (links to the deprecation post), do I need a FlowFuse account?, will my dashboard work without changes?, phone/tablet support?, per-user data?

Page order
The ebook form moved below the install and learning content, so it's no longer the first thing after the package name.

All of the above, translated, with links to the German docs. The German page didn't have the Dashboard Showcase before, and now it does. The FlowFuse advert is a shared component and stays in English, as before.
