🎯 What does this PR do?

Tree.Item, Tree.Folder and Tree.Loading may sit inside custom components and fragments, so a component can own and fetch one folder's rows; trees without custom components keep the unchanged static path.

🧪 How to test

TreeWrapper.ct.tsx and TreeCollector.spec.tsx cover order, nesting, lazy and reordering wrappers, focus and paint; Storybook: Components/Tree, Rows In Custom Components.
