Adds the private
@frontify/fondue-rich-text-editorpackage (0.0.0, nothing ships) with its config, CI and first code. The tests are in #2886, merged into this branch before it goes tomain; until then Unit Tests fails with "No test files found".checkHref(./model): the URL check every later link path uses. It allows relative URLs andhttps,http,mailto,tel, and checks the URL a second time after decoding character references and percent escapes, becausejavascript:parses as a harmless relative path until something decodes it.entryRoot: 'src'invite.config.ts: withmodelas the only source folder, declarations would otherwise land indist/instead ofdist/model/.modelimports nothing else in the package),no-nested-ternary,import/no-cycle, and a ban on host framework imports.rich-text-editor-pull-requests.yamlcoverspackages/rich-text-editor/**; the other workflows skip editor-only changes. The package is on the changesets ignore list with no root build entry, sopnpm releaseneither builds nor publishes it.
