Add Transfer assets back to the script context from the contract context

It would be nice in the future for people to have an option to transfer assets from contracts to the executing script. Currently, only transfers between contracts and transferring out are possible.

We should allow it only for assets for which `Output::Change` or `Output::Destroy` exists.
