Describe the bug

Example 1: https://intellectual.insprill.net/Linkin-park-cut-the-bridge-lyrics?id=10849243
Some of the [Headings] are h2 tags, some are not -- the cause for the latter is that they contain additional markup, not only one text node.

Example 2: https://intellectual.insprill.net/Linkin-park-in-the-end-lyrics?id=49719
Look at the second paragraph, M ike is rendered this way because someone put a markup like: <i>M</i><i>ike</i> (most probably by accident).
If in the previous example there was an extra whitespace only at the end of the [Heading ], this time it's in the [m iddle] so it looks even more weird.

Example 3: https://intellectual.insprill.net/Landmvrks-a-line-in-the-dust-lyrics?id=11204325
Take a look at the second Pre-Chorus, it is not separated from the previous paragraph in any way. This happened because of a sidebar block instead of the usual double <br>:

I've seen this bug very often.
It's probably unrelated to this issue but if the [Heading] were h2 then the paragraph would at least have a visible separation from the other text.

Anything else?
