- build.py now calls consolidate() after deletions and log deletion time.
- concurent.py allows to launch multiple concurrent threads (free-threaded Python required) of two types: search only and modifications only.
- mixed.py allows to launch multiple concurrent threads (free-threaded Python required). Each threads contains search/addition/deletion and consolidate calls in specified ratios.
