Refresh the System Requirements and benchmark sections:

  • bump disk storage recommendation to 1 TB
  • add test environment specs (host, Postgres settings)
  • update mainnet/preprod/preview storage and RAM figures for dbsync-13.7.1.0 / node-11.0.1, including LSM measurements
  • enable pool_stat and offchain_vote_data in sample config
