Test on Julia 1 on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows, plus the minimum supported Julia on Ubuntu, and add Aqua as a separate job. Add the Test compat that Aqua requires. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
