PDF export functionality for school profile page, slightly optimized PDF export sizes throughout codebase

*page.tsx now generates invisible graphs (for teachers/projects, equivalent to the big student graph) that are only generated for exporting purposes. i don't think this slows the site down and they are never visible on the profile page. if there's a better way to generate these graphs that doesn't involve making it on the actual page, this should be refactored
