🧠 Supreme Computation

Nothing Executes Until It Proves Itself.

Supreme Computation is a governance system for people, AI, software and machines. Before an important action becomes real, SCQOS checks whether the whole situation still agrees across eight invariants: Time, Continuity, Alignment, Genesis, Boundary, Reference, Causality, and Consciousness / Accountability.

SCQOS returns PERMIT when the current transition proves itself, HOLD when something is missing, stale or contradictory, and REJECT when a hard rule or authority boundary is crossed.

ProofGate AI β€” use it now

The public pre-execution boundary is now packaged as a Python CLI/client and a reusable GitHub Action. You do not need to learn the entire SCQOS stack to challenge it.

pip install "git+https://github.com/KnowledgeeKZA3224/scqos-reference-implementation.git"
proofgate matrix
proofgate challenge --case valid

Drop it into another repository with:

- uses: KnowledgeeKZA3224/scqos-reference-implementation/.github/actions/proofgate@main
  with:
    case_id: valid

The live public challenge is shadow-only: it evaluates the proposition, emits a signed durable receipt, and never performs the proposed external side effect itself. Developers can submit their own transition JSON and test whether the boundary returns the wrong decision. See docs/PROOFGATE_PLUG_AND_PLAY.md.

What is live now

As of September 23, 2026, the cloud execution boundary has changed. The previously verified AWS governance environment remains documented in this repository as historical execution evidence, but the AWS account hosting that environment is currently suspended and is not being represented here as presently reachable.

On September 23, Azure was brought from authenticated CLI access to a coherence-first, policy-enforced Supreme Computation foundation in about 15 minutes. The Azure baseline has a private network, deny-by-default egress controls, eight-invariant governance policies, continuity locking, a Reader-only observer identity, and executed PERMIT/REJECT validation receipts. See docs/CLOUD_CONTINUITY_2026-09-23.md and proofs/azure/2026-09-23/TOTALITY_RECEIPT.md.

The important idea is not β€œmany disconnected tools.” The tools are useful because they are being placed behind one rule: no consequential transition inherits permission just because one component said yes earlier. The current transition has to prove itself again.

Software ownership and attribution

Owned by Knowledgee KZA

  • Supreme Computation / SCQOS β€” Owner: Knowledgee KZA β€” the governing software layer.
  • ProofGate AI β€” Owner: Knowledgee KZA β€” the reusable public pre-execution checkpoint.
  • Supreme Mind β€” Owner: Knowledgee KZA β€” the 59-faculty digital-twin architecture.
  • Shadow Clone β€” Owner: Knowledgee KZA β€” bounded recursive workers governed by Supreme Mind / SCQOS.
  • Gekyume β€” Owner: Knowledgee KZA β€” financial execution and universal payment-governance software.
  • Supreme Apex V1 β€” Owner: Knowledgee KZA β€” the continuous intent-to-proof control surface.
  • Sharingan β€” Owner: Knowledgee KZA β€” the Supreme Computation sports-betting software for single bets and 3+ leg parlay evaluation, recursive contradiction resolution, immutable pregame receipts and later reality verification.

Collaborator-owned software integrated into the environment

  • Anabelle / GrassRootsAI β€” Owner: Jerry Elizares β€” integrated AI software operating behind dedicated Supreme Computation inference/release governance boundaries. Its presence in the cloud does not transfer ownership to Knowledgee KZA.

AWS, Qiskit, IBM Quantum, model providers, DraftKings, and other open-source/vendor technologies remain integrations and infrastructure rather than software attributed to Knowledgee KZA or Jerry Elizares merely because they are deployed in the environment.

See docs/SOFTWARE_PORTFOLIO_2026-09-16.md for the detailed ownership boundary and docs/SHARINGAN_SOFTWARE_2026-09-16.md for Sharingan's live identity.

Supreme Mind and Shadow Clones

The live Supreme Mind manifest defines 59 digital faculties sharing one SCQOS governance plane. Only causally necessary faculties need to activate. Shadow Clones are bounded workers that can research, analyze, draft and test in parallel, but their output remains evidence or a proposal until governance qualifies the consequence.

The system has already observed Shadow Clone drift. During the September 10 Codex experiment, a clone returned unrelated evidence and SCQOS failed closed with HOLD rather than releasing the result.

Digital-twin testing

A digital twin freezes one situation and changes one relevant condition so the decision can be challenged directly. In the live Codex proof:

  • READ_ONLY + git status β†’ PERMIT
  • READ_ONLY + mv /tmp/x /tmp/y β†’ HOLD

Same authority. Different proposed consequence. That makes the boundary falsifiable instead of rhetorical.

Live Codex proof

On September 10, 2026, the environment froze public OpenAI Codex issue #44130, where an explicitly read-only task reportedly produced mv /tmp/x /tmp/y. Supreme Computation produced frozen evidence, a SHA-256 identity, an AWS KMS ML-DSA signature, a verifier and reproducible test vectors.

Evidence SHA-256: ccfeb37d299494d20ffd18e8bd1d4e60486bbb67cb2211e3fa3856509bf76df0

Public proof: http://SupremeComputation.org/proof/codex-readonly-boundary-2026-09-10/

The result was also posted back into the upstream GitHub issue for independent challenge.

AWS execution history and current availability

The previously verified AWS environment included SCQOS governors and validators, Shadow Clone execution, Supreme Mind state and receipts in DynamoDB, SQS work queues, versioned S3 evidence, AWS KMS signing, model inference/release validation, SupremeComputation.org business infrastructure, LinkedIn OAuth/publishing, email routing, Anabelle/GrassRootsAI integration, Gekyume, Sharingan, Supreme Apex V1, and quantum-facing Qiskit/IBM/AWS experimentation.

As of September 23, 2026, that AWS account is suspended. The latest support trail available at the time of this update had not produced an actionable reinstatement path or completed recovery, so this repository treats those AWS materials as historical verified execution, not a claim of current AWS availability.

Azure continuity plane β€” September 23, 2026

The active continuity foundation is now documented on Azure in westus3: rg-supreme-computation-core, vnet-sc-core, three private subnets, nsg-sc-private, disabled default subnet outbound access, explicit Internet egress denial, a CanNotDelete continuity lock, Reader-only governance observer identity, and enforced Supreme Computation policy assignments. Validation receipts show an allowed governed transition exiting 0, while missing-invariant, wrong-region, and public-IP transitions exit 1 under policy denial. No paid compute workload was created during this foundation pass.

The point

Most software asks: Can this component perform this operation?

Supreme Computation asks: Should this exact consequence happen now, under this authority, using this evidence, inside this boundary, and can we prove afterward what happened?

Planetary energy totality proof

Supreme Computation is now being applied to a larger physical question: can a brain-scale active control layer coordinate a planetary electrical system while the actual energy comes from measured physical sources already available to the planet?

The executed cloud proof uses public global-energy data, deterministic calculation, local AI digital twins, an Amazon Braket quantum branch, SCQOS invariant checks, AWS KMS signing, versioned S3 evidence, and a durable DynamoDB receipt. Incorrect AI output was rejected instead of promoted.

The current result is PERMIT for the planetary energy-abundance bound and the control architecture, and HOLD for a physically measured <=20 W global control plane and actual full-world grid operation.

Current documentation

This repository is the public reference implementation and evidence surface. Dated live-state documents make the observation boundary explicit when production moves faster than documentation.

About

Supreme Computation is software that checks what AI and other systems are about to do before they act. If something does not add up, it stops it. If it passes, it allows it, records what happened, and leaves proof that can be checked later. 🧠
