Problem
Repositories write TypeScript ESLint configs (eslint.config.ts) that import @lasvegasfortransit/eslint-config, but the package ships no type declarations. transit-mapper keeps a hand-written lvbt-eslint-config.d.ts shim to type its imports, and that shim goes stale whenever the package's exports change.
Proposed change
@lasvegasfortransit/eslint-config ships .d.ts declarations for each exported entry (./base, ./react-internal, and the rest), wired through its exports map. Repositories then delete their shims.
