Summary

This PR resolves the recent merge conflict and fully synchronizes README.zh.md with upstream's official v0.8.8 release:

  • Features (# ✨ 功能): Updated translations for Skills, Agent Plugins, Subagents, Attached Code Workspaces, and Admin Panel.
  • Star History (## ⭐ Star 历史): Synchronized latest Star History chart URL and markdown syntax.
  • Maintenance Footer: Updated volunteer maintainer verification note.

P2 Badge Finish syncing the advertised source revision

The updated marker claims parity with README.md at 14d4f27, but that revision still contains feature bullets absent from this translation: Code Interpreter's open-source/self-hostable status (README.md:89), the Agent Plugins documentation entry (README.md:98), and fullscreen Artifact previews/Mermaid export (README.md:111). Chinese readers therefore receive an incomplete feature list, and future translators may treat this revision as an already-complete baseline; add the missing translations or retain the previous sync marker.

👋 Thanks for the contribution! LibreChat merges all changes into dev first — main only moves at release time — so this pull request's base branch was switched from main to dev automatically.

Nothing is needed from you; your commits, reviews and discussion are unchanged. If the diff now shows files you did not touch, rebase onto dev:

git remote add upstream https://github.com/LibreChat-AI/LibreChat.git
git fetch upstream dev
git rebase upstream/dev
git push --force-with-lease

Maintainers: apply the target: main label and restore the base branch if this one genuinely belongs on main.
