Data and analysis code for "Definition and Recommendations for Trial Methods for Evaluating Dentine Hypersensitivity: A Hybrid AI Assisted Scoping Review and Delphi Consensus Process".

Structure

• data/ — Supplementary datasets in long format (columns: paper, question_id, value).
  • supplementary_data_part1.csv — Definitions and diagnostic frameworks (72 studies). Includes study metadata, Holland et al. definition alignment, and stimulus types.
  • supplementary_data_part2.csv — RCT methods and reporting quality (58 studies). Includes study characteristics, trial design features, and CONSORT adherence.
• notebooks/ — Jupyter notebooks for generating tables, figures, and summary statistics from the supplementary data.

Requirements

Python 3.10+ with pandas, matplotlib, and tableone.
