What did you work on this past iteration (3 weeks)?

• Connecting the feed and user profile frontend to the backend
• Added an image cropper and customization option for the user avatar and username
• Added user profile and feed related routes in the backend
• Updated the actions to make api calls, and updated the reducers
• General UI/visual improvements to the feed and profile
• Fixing Eslint errors in the code

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

• Transmitting an image from the frontend to the backend

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)?

• Mango Store Prototype
• Fix feed bugs
• Frontend performance/responsiveness improvement
• Modify feed to have a friends only option
• Loading screen animation

What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)?

Subtask Component:

• Moved progress bar to be in task and let it not be dependent on reducer
• Add the edit and delete for subtask
• Add a scroll bar for subtask
• Improve styling
• Add subtask actions and reducers and be dependent on those rather than update task
• Connect the subtask to the db

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

• Making sure the db and front end updating immediately with changes

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)?

• Look into heroku and using it
• MangoStalk application
• Subtask crossed out when completed

What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)?

• Wrote backend routes for task creation, editing and delete
• created seed scripts for users and tasks
• used axios and thunk to connect front end components to backend routes
• constructed starting data structure for user and task
• set up auto lint checking upon commit

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

• fixing up all the built up eslint errors

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)?

• Polish up task styling
• change task actions in order to update redux immediately and execute appropriate behaviour upon success or failure
• fix/change bug with primary scss colors
• sort tasks and design a task view

Setting up our express backend
Using thunk and axios to call backend routes to add users to our database
Loading page for fetching user info
Alert system using bootstrap Alerts. Connecting them via redux
Good ol styling
Polling DB to update feed for a "live" experience

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)?

About us page with components for our personal info
Replacing navbar icons with user avatar and other CDN icons from material design or font awesome
Backlog tasks as they come
