AC_INIT and the plugin at 1.11.0-dev, an empty [Unreleased] with its link; the Spack package gets 1.10.0 with the checksum the release published (its SHA256SUMS, checked against the tarball and its attestation), and its url moves to it; the ReFrame tests build 1.10.0 by default. AC_INITand.claude-plugin/plugin.jsonare at 1.11.0-dev, and the CHANGELOG has an empty[Unreleased]with its link.version("1.10.0", sha256="57f1406b…"), from the release'sSHA256SUMS.
