feat(debugger): add support for explicit file execution in excluded directories - #19

…irectories - Enabled Run and Debug for explicitly selected `.fql` files within `.tmp`, `testdata`, and nested Go modules. - Preserved original source identity and workspace containment for excluded files. - Updated tests to validate execution, debugging, breakpoints, and session handling under new behavior. - Documented restrictions and capabilities for explicit file execution. - Bumped `ferretd` version to `1.0.0-alpha.9`.
- Added `waitForFerretLanguageConfiguration` utility to verify language configuration loading before tests. - Introduced `discardTestDocument` for improved cleanup of test documents. - Updated comment and brace tests with readiness checks and proper cleanup.
